If you arrive before this time, you can store your luggage until the room is ready.

The reception is open continuously from Monday at 7:00 a.m. to Saturday at 11:00 p.m., without interruption.

Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Outside these hours you can check in through the machine installed at the entrance of the main residence building. We will provide you with self-check information prior to your arrival.

Yes, there is a cafeteria service in the Almazara Restaurant. Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturdays  from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We’re sorry, but no. We do not allow pets in the hotel for hygiene reasons, except for guide dogs.
