Want to know more about Tradere?
Booking
Once we’ve received your booking form (link) telling us what kind of room you’d like, for how long and whether you want full or half board, we’ll email you to tell you what you have to do next, namely pay the registration fee (€250 VAT included). When you pay the fee, the room will be held for you and our team will walk you through how to complete the process. We’ll be happy to help you with anything you need.
You specify how long you want to stay when you make your booking, although it has to be for at least four months (from September to January or from February to June). Prices vary based on the type of room and length of stay.
If you’d like to stay for a shorter time, get in touch with our team. They’ll give you all the information you need.
The €250 registration fee (VAT included) when you complete your registration. The registration fee is not refundable under any circumstances. A further €800 as a deposit and the first month’s accommodation, which you have to pay at least one month before your arrival date, are also required.
Yes. You can pay every month or make a single payment in advance, whichever you prefer. Your accommodation contract will show the payment dates and you can also check them in your user account. Get in touch with our team if you’re not sure which option to choose.
All deposits are paid into a bank account and returned at the end of your stay with us. If there is any damage to your room or communal areas in the case of shared apartments, we will subtract the cost of repairing the damage from your deposit based on our assessment report. This means it is important you use your room and the rest of the facilities responsibly.
