Intellectual property of the software

For any action beyond the fulfillment of the contract, the user shall need written authorization from RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L., and the user shall not be allowed to access, modify, view the configuration, structure and files of the servers owned by RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L., assuming the civil and criminal liability derived from any incident that may occur in the servers and security systems as a direct consequence of a negligent or malicious action on his part.

Intellectual property of the hosted contents

The use contrary to the legislation on intellectual property of the services provided by RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. is forbidden and, in particular:

1. The use which is contrary to the Spanish laws or which infringes the rights of third parties.
2. The publication or transmission of any content which, in the opinion of RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L., is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic or defamatory.
3. The cracks, serial numbers of programs or any other content which infringes intellectual property rights of third parties.
4.    The user bears full responsibility for the content of his website, transmitted and stored information, hypertext links, third party claims and legal actions with reference to intellectual property, third party rights and protection of minors.

The user is responsible with respect to the laws and regulations in force and the rules concerning the operation of the online service, e-commerce, copyright, maintenance of public order, as well as universal principles of Internet use.

The user shall indemnify RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. for the expenses generated by the imputation of RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. in any cause whose responsibility is attributable to the user, including fees and expenses of legal defense, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

Protection of the hosted information

RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. makes backup copies of the contents hosted in its servers; however, it shall not be liable for the loss or accidental deletion of the data by the users. Likewise, it does not guarantee the total replacement of data deleted by users, since such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the period of time elapsed since the last backup.

The services offered, except for the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the contents kept in the backup copies made by RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L., when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a fee shall be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, always previous acceptance of the user.

The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is due to causes attributable to RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L..

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI. RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. shall not send advertising or promotional communications by e-mail or any other equivalent electronic communication means which had not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the addressees thereof.

In the case of users with whom there is a previous contractual relationship, RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications referring to products or services of RESIDENCIAL TRADERE, S.L. which are similar to those which were initially the object of the contract with the client.
