Our rooms are singles in individual or shared apartments for two or three people. They include a desk, private bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils you need), plus TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. They are all outward-facing with views over the street or the residence courtyard and some have an individual patio.

Tradere is located in the heart of Moncada in a quiet, traditional area within walking distance of the Cardenal Herrera CEU University and public transport which takes you to Valencia in just a few minutes. At Tradere, you have everything you need close at hand.

15 m² single room with views over the main courtyard, including a kitchen and private bathroom plus TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning.
Single room in double apartment with balcony
15 m² single room in a 50 m² shared apartment for two people. The room is divided into two levels, with a bed on the upper level, and a private bathroom and balcony plus TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. The apartment features a 15 m² communal area which includes a shared living room and kitchen.
